who can fix the software or hardware systems of your IMac, then contacting
Apple.com.au
direct for advice is your best bet.
The last we heard, to get an Apple computer consultant or technician
to visit you costs about $440 for 2 hours. This price is for a qualified
licensed Apple service technician and the price we were advised we were
told in 2003. It is probably much higher now. If you can figure out how
to fix it yourself it will probably save you a lot of money!

If these Apple service sites can't help you then you may find help trawling
the internet for Apple forum discussions. There's a lot of helpful Apple
advice online.
