Arms: Gules, three Lions rampant Or, armed, langued and crowned Azure. The shield ensigned with the coronet of a Duke of the 1st Empire and an ecclesiastical hat supporting three tassels on each side of the shield Vert. Behind the shield a Bishop's staff erect proper.
