Hi. Unfortunately we no longer offer Linux support due to the shear variety of different linux versions out there. It is now almost impossible to keep up with them all and so it is extremely costly to find an expert who has.

We recommend using online Linux forums and Linux discussion groups to find a solution to your problem. Just visit Google and do a search.

We also recommend contacting the company who developed your particular version of Linux and getting advice directly from them.
